What is psychotherapy ?

Psychotherapy is a psychological method of therapy that includes conversing and sharing feelings and thoughts in a supportive environment.
By talking with a psychotherapist you get a chance to share with another person your feelings, you get to know yourself better and learn how to cope with different difficulties.

Therapy will lead you to a state of mind in which you will be able understand how to make changes in your life, see your future in a clearer and more positive way and learn how to fulfill your full potential.

Every patient's therapy program is individual and fitted to the patient's particular needs. During a series of therapy sessions we will build a professional therapeutic relationship and together look at the difficulties you are facing.

Since I am a licensed psychiatristI can provide medication if needed in addition to therapy sessions.
